the timeframes are covered in the doco.. "phase 1" was 18 weeks, phase 2 was 24 weeks.. that being said though, I was distracted at this point but think he mentioned taking several months off between phases for some reason (think it was just life getting in the way)

He did put weight back on afterwards... Apparently 3 days after the comp he had put on 10 pounds and couldn't see his abs anymore already lol
If I wanted to do this where would I find a coach for all my training, diet and supplementation advice on the central coast? Any ideas?
