Caffeine is proven to speed up metabolism, green tea is supposed to assist weight loss as well, but seriously I doubt any supplement would play a major part in weight loss.
And HIIT. Combined with a sensible eating plan that suits your lifestyle.
But since this is in the supplement section of the forum, and if you realy want to take a legal weight loss supplement, caffeine tablets, green coffee tablets, green tea extract.
However personally would not bother, I have tried all of the above and HIIT worked the best.
