Ok so iv started this ckd diet and its off the hook! Im eating peking duck with the skin on, panang currys fatty as fuk, crispy chicken thighs, crispy bacon all the good shit i dont usuially eat. But i hav a few questions so if anyone can help thatd be great.
1/ The diet im following has carb up from friday night after the gym 12g carbs for every kg of total body weight starting with 100g of hi gi liquid carbs directly afta gym thru to to sunday night.
This will sound like a stupid question but do i load those carbs on top of what im alreddy eating increasing my overall calories in the carb load or do i factor in the carbs and fill the remaining gap with the fats????
2/ Iv gone from 4500 cals from my bulk to 500 under my maintanance which comes to 2500... Im hungry as fuk all day!!! Am i bein a sook or is that normal to b so hungry???
3/ Is sorbitol a carb?? Cos i read it was a sugar alcohole with a gi of 9, i ate 1.5 tins of eclipse mints today is that bad???
4/ Is my colesterol gona hit the roof?? How do i support it?? Or is it erelivant because of the nature of the diet???
