Did them today after my deadlifts, hugging 20kg like a baby as in the above pic. 3 sets of 8 had me hobbling out of the gym like I had just been in a threesome!
I've had to stop my car and get out to stretch out my back to help ease the pump, and that's half an hour after finishing the workout. Hypers are really a great targeting movement. Like bicep curls, they pump up real quick.
