How should u do your bench press?
Now when im bench pressing i see that me n my parnter struggle on the second set but then the third u match or do it a bit easy
i.e. say we warm up with 70kg do between 6 to 8
then we go to 90kg then we do say 4 . But the next set we can do 6. Then 4 set have to go to 80kg
Should u go say 4 set 60kg 70kg 80kg then 90kg climbing the weigth as u go ?
Or is it all in our head?
