Egg whites are arguably the best protein you can buy, however, they sure taste like rubber after a few weeks.
How do you 'spice up' your egg whites to make them more enjoyable?
They are pretty much impossible to eat on their own when cooked like an omelette or scrabbled eggs. They turn into a crumbly mess. You need at least one yolk to keep the consistency of the liquid like an omelette mixture. I find just basic salt and pepper works best for eggs.
