How do you mix your creatine?
There is no evidence whatsoever that creatine needs to be fully dissolved in order to be effective.
I do the same as Mick, with most of the non-protein supplements I take. They all taste like shit so it's pointless trying to mix it and having to torture myself with drinking an entire pint of it

Have never even considered doing it any other way, just seemed like the way to do it when I first bought the stuff. Pure creatine does not dissolve really well, imagine if ONI tried dissolving 60 grams of creatine, you would have to use a 20 litre jerry can to dissolve it all to have enough liquid to try and keep it in suspension.
Then you would have to try and drink it before it sinks to the bottom again.
