Help with blood results

Hey I've been doing a sus 250 x 1 a week for 15 weeks now. I'm a 29yo just turned 30 2 weeks ago

Now my mate who has been training body building for years has been has helping me. But might have done this wrong can someone please help

Before my cycle my test /e2 was on the 06/07/24

T : 15 nmol
E2: 103 pmol

then I did 4 weeks on mk/677/rad140 for 4 weeks. Just to do a slight cut and burn off all the fluff i had put on. So calorie deficit plus running then did a 3 week break. No pct after it


I retested bloods Before I did my sus cycle.
26/09/24
T : 11.1 but they didn't do my E2

started about 27/10/24

Did bloods after 4 weeks 22/11/22
T: 26.7
E2 : 208

He told me to take 10mg every 3 days of tamoxifen pharma grade in blister packs to help lower my estrogen

then didn't do bloods again over the Christmas holidays. And retested 8 weeks later on the 16/01/25

T : 53.4 once again they didn't test my estrogen even tho I asked.

Was overseas and couldn't do a retested but got them retested 2 weeks later

My e2 is now 475 they didn't test my test.

So he said its fine because your body estrogen and test levels should be roughly the same as baseline and I showed my other body building mate and he said he's wrong and I should be on primo and my estrogen is way to high.

Whats the best approach for this? And whose right?

I was doing a 16 week cycle. But currently have 2 bulging discs in my l4/l5 l5/s1 and haven't been able to train for 2 weeks. Because I had a flare up from 1 day of weight training and then next day went on jetski and getting back into it this week.

He said maybe a pct right now isn't very good cause I'm in recovery mode and don't want to shock my hormones and make them super Imbalanced

I've had no side effects at all tho
No sensitivity on nippes or water retention no signs of gyno and been able to have sex and get it up with no issue and still had alot of hair growth. I've lost weight around stomach section and gained muscle just on a maingaining calories. My maintenance calories are 2500. So been floating around 2700 ish high protein 180g etc etc

Can someone please help with what's the best procedure moving forward. ? I'll attach the my results apart from last one of just estrogen if it helps you with my plan
