hey all,
Im after a programme to bulk up.
Ive been kickboxing for 7 years so have some base strength from my that.
My equipment is limited to an incline bench, with preacher curl set up and leg extension/curls etc, barbells and a exercise bike.
I am after a basic programme of 4-6 sessions a week.
Im unsure of which sets of muscles to work when and reps/sets.
If someone could give me some advice that would be great.
