Heavy Metals in Protein Powder

If an strength athlete wanted to get all their protein from regularly scheduled meals, they could.

The blender bomb to the strength athlete is like the drivers side window to everyone else.

My question or concern, what have you, is where are those companies sourcing their whey from? Sounds like China to me.

Ans another thing...If we were to take in protein in its more "natural" form rather than the highly processed manner (shakes) that we are accustomed to, would we eat as much? Would we need to?

I'm always curious as to how much of the protein we eat ends up as stored fat.

40 years ago we were being told smoking was healthy.

We are being told artificial sweetner is not a problem, we don't know for sure.

I dont know who tells you artificial sweetner is not a problem...

The thing is eat now find problems latter that is the worlds mentality.. something isnt bad even if it goes against common sense unless there is a news article that says "warning bad xxx" and even then they dont care.

Its common knowledge that excitotoxins kill brains cells and lead to tumour growth. The problem is people get their info from /news/magazeines/papers and who runs these things?? If you look in the right sources you can find correct infomation.

You can not rely on infomaiton begin given to you because why is it being given to you in the first place?

Everyone has something to sell and the more people have this uneducated mentality of "everything in moderation" its all ok... Then they are going to keep buying the bullshit the establishment feeds them... Does anyone actually think anyone gives a **** about them besides their family? NO.. and even then they dont care sometimes either...
