It's been a very long time coming, in fact for those well familar with HCAM you coud say the timing here (being very late) is perfect!
Here is a wrap up of FitX, a massive event put on by Tony Doherty in March to coincide with his Pro GP he has been putting on for over 10 years now.
FitX was a bit of a gamble, the idea was to create a fitness exhibition centred around the hard core scenes of bodybilding, MMA and strength sports where for so long they have revolved around lycra and aerobics.
For anyone that went, I am sure you would agree that the gamble paid off very well. The event was a massive hit and those who attended were entertained thoroughly for two days.
