Luke tells us of his future plans including going for an IFBB Pro Card at the 2013 Amateur Australian Pro Grand Prix Qualifier.
Luke goes through 6 exercises and 6 rotations.
The last two rotations (5 and 6) are Luke's working sets. We have sped up rotations 1 through to 4 for your convenience.
