H.I.I.T. question, how much and when should I do H.I.I.T? Currently my workout is one day on one day off. Should I do my H.I.I.T. on the same days as my weight workout , or should i do it on the off days? or maybe treat it as its own workout day and schedule an off day before and after doing H.I.I.T?
 
Do your cardio on your "off" weight lifting days.
Ideally, 3 days weight lifting, 3 days cardio and 1 day of rest
