H.I.I.T. question, how much and when should I do H.I.I.T? Currently my workout is one day on one day off. Should I do my H.I.I.T. on the same days as my weight workout , or should i do it on the off days? or maybe treat it as its own workout day and schedule an off day before and after doing H.I.I.T?
