I've been setting up a home gym and was wondering whether anyone could give me a good suggestion on rubber flooring. I'll be working on cement floors, deadlifting with iron plates. I've looked at the gymdirect and gymandfitness flooring. Is this any better than the mats I could get at Bunnings? Any answers appreciated.
Is the concern the deadlifts? At the moment I just use 2 bunnings mats each side. Going to be building a platform soon though. I don't drop my weights but lower them with not much care

I am actually deadlifting on them now. Even adding another layer might be more beneficial but I havent had a problem. Bunnings tiles are like 15 bucks. I'd say grab some an give a try. Might end up saving a shit load
Thanks, guys. My Bunnings had some rubber flooring, which appeared to be similar to the similar to those at gydirect. I was wondering if there was a substantial difference in quality before I forked out for courier shipping.
