i got the clark rubber brochure and saw some of that foam rubbing matting thought i might be good for the home gym , so does anyone use any matting ? does it help or hinder?

There's a kind of rubber in one area at my gym. It's there so that the metal dumbells don't put dents/holes in the ground. So if that could be a problem for you, get it.

well i'm off to get some matting today , can't do any harm
was wanting to get some so dents/holes don't get put in and also to dampen any noise , i suppose also it should make things a little warm a form of insulation for the cold concrete floor
