Station 1: BW Squats

Station 4: Step ups - onto a box or bench? Or skipping a skipping rope
Station 5: Basic Push Ups
Station 6: Sit Ups - split group in half, one half does the sit ups, the other half holds their feet, then swap after 10?
Try and find a place that has some hand rails. Good for inverted body rows. Quite difficult to get a back exercise in without them I found. (or bringing other equipment)
