Great Physique

I'm here for strong but I find myself viewing pics of half naked men a bit more than I expected. I think if it wasn't for ceffo's avatar all over the place the balance would all be wrong...

So the difference between training for power lifting and training for body building is the body hair yeah?
 

If you want to be anal there are. Powerlifters want hypertrophy but they want it in areas that are going to assist their leverages - triceps and posterior chain in particular. Bodybuilders go for the complete picture so they target muscle bellies and will bring up generally useless muscles (biceps, rear delts as well as general quad and upper back width) for that 'symmetry' look though.

For most people who will never step onto the stage this distinction is mute though.
 
Yeah I was joking. I'm a hairy fucker and my mrs said something about waxing. I told her if she feeds me to look like a body builder then I'd think about it. I like my chances of staying hairy.
 
Waxing's not so bad, don't know what all the women complain about.

Though I am glad my gf doesn't mind my hairiness, too much effort otherwise. And I feel gay without hair.

That's a hard question to answer.

I think I'd have to go with Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back as I was hurting from laughing so hard after I left the cinema but really they're all pretty awesome... except for Clerks II.
