Unfortunately I left all the results at the gym in my hurry to get home and have a beer but I will post them up tonight.
Was a good day, 13 lifters, 5 of them chicks. Scott of course won but very kindly stepped aside to allow the novice runner up Colin Webb to receive the prize after an awesome deadlifting session. Colin just pipped out another novice competitor Tony Ongart who brought a monster 177.5kg bench press to the table.
Emma Eaton won the girls division with a bw+ bench and 2x bw deadlift. Our own Annie did some exhibition lifting to help her aclimatise to competition and smashed out a pretty awesome 160kg pull and a 70kg bench.
Already planning the next comp! Official results up tonight!
It was a pretty good day. Had 12 lifters compete, and Annie joined in doing some exhibition lifts to get her more aclimatised to competition. A nice easy number to manage for my first comp and a pretty decent crowd to.

I may be also be joining PA as it appears have to be a member of PA to go in Australian masters next year in Geelong.
If knee is right, was hoping to do a sprint, throw a shot put, run to the gym and do olymplic lifting and finish off with powerlifting, in order to get my money worth from the huge entry fee.
If knee still rs, can at least do bench press and perhaps straight legged deadlift.
