I'm curious to hear from different people who have had a long time away from training and if it was challenging to get back.
Was it a struggle physically and Mentally?
Does a training partner help?
Did going instantly get you back into your previous rhythm?
Were AAS's used previously?
If so, did you start them strait away or you started a few days in to help out?
