Flat/Incline v FIB Bench

What would you choose over a sturdier built flat/incline bench v a still sturdy but not quite as sturdy FIB bench ?

I don't think i would use the decline much and for the rare times that i did, i figure i can just put a couple of plates under the front of the bench

1st option by far. Flat bench alone will do lower pecs if bodybuilding is your thing. Done with an arch it is more or less a slight decline bench and that's how you should probably be doing it for your shoulder health (youtube dave tate bench press to see how he teaches it).
