Fitness Exercise
If we are fit then we can be active and energetic and a lot more healthier less risk of health problems. Fitness and Exercising has also been shown to help with depression and anxiety. Walking: would have to the cheapest and easiest exercise program , we already come with equipment needed for walking. Doing daily 30-40 min walks would have to be one of the best exercises to keep you fit and healthy. Gradually you can increase the time and your pace taking it from a casual walk to a brisk walk.
Sports: There are many sports which will help in keeping you fit and active. There are sporting teams to suit all talents and teams of all sorts like foot ball, basket ball, tennis, badminton, etc. touch footballs is becoming quite a popular non contact sport
Yoga: yoga helps keep out mind and emotions under control is the best exercise. It helps with stretching and relaxing your body, or another alternative that can work in conjunction with yoga is Mediation
Pilates: Pilates involves a series of slow movements with resistance. It works on your core muscle group, It takes a lot of moves from yoga. It involves keeping your shoulders down, your ribcage closed, your belly button pulled in to your spine , your pelvic muscles tight and your hamstrings engage
