g'day y'all - this is my first thread.

I'm more of a martial artist than an all out b'builder or fitness freak but I thought I'd join this forum as I did bodybuilding many moons ago.

I'm starting kettlebell training. Does anyone have a good free resource on dos and don'ts of kettlebell technique etc? I was told to do classes but they are expensive and I'm sure I can pick up some tips just from lurking :)

Regards,

marketfailure

marketfailure,

Welcome - I think the b'builders are few and far between around here.

Ps I loved the warm, informal greeting followed by the formal sign-off :P

Tepid regards,
judgey

Haha what can I say, I'm a melting pot of mixed personality. Old habits die hard - I usually sign off with Regards or Kind Regards :)

Thanks for the welcome!
