What's everyones favourite exercises for thickening / mass on the back and chest?
Mate i cant go past hang cleans & press for back, shoulder and trap development.
dips and bench work for me in the chest, as do chins for the back
We my advise would be do what exercises you can.
Try and fix your injuries.
Take a heap of nurofen before you train.
Yeah I know mate... pretty much knew all along, just venting and hoping one of y'all had a miracle answer
As for nurofen... c'mon mate, surely you can hook a brutha up with sumthin' a little 'stronger' ?

Pushups with neutral grip (on those plastic pushup handles) were painfree for me when I had shoulder issues. Do thousands of them.
