There is truth to your statements, whole foods(nutrition) is the biggest part to reaching your goals, but supplement will ultimately help you reach your goals also.
I think supplements are completely over rated and massively over priced.
In saying that, I do use a Protein Powder, Creatine and sometimes I use a pre workout drink. I just don't subscribe to the mass marketing and hype of most of the products and the prices charged are rediculous.
