Does anyone follow some sort of Fasting Routine??

Intermitted Fasting, Water Fasting, Dry Fasting, Long Term Fasting, Snake Diet Fasting etc?

Why?

Why Not?

How will fasting affect the 'protein window' and muscle gains in general?

Will it send your muscles wasting away?

I tried intermittent fasting but get really hungry and over eat.
3 meals suits me and a bedtime snack, but no muscle wasting.

I guess that is the nature of fasting, being hungry, I have done a three day fast a while back, after the first day it gets easier.

Makes you feel light and alert, but not something I would do a lot of or regularly.

I think that's the best way to lose weight. I have heard from many dieticians that eating every 16 or 18 hours would be quite efficient for losing weight and many celebrities follows the same schedule.
