Hi guys, I have suffered from depression and PTSD for many years now. I think that exercise helps to lift my mood a little but some days I just feel too depressed to even exercise at all. Help!! Does anyone else think exercise helps with their mood and does anybody have any tips to get me motivated again??

I'm always depressed, the worlds a sad place, full of woe. Sometimes I start small fires, makes me feel better, sometimes they turn into big fires then I cry and get depressed again.
