Every time I workout quads, regardless of whether i'm squatting 5 kg or doin 8kg lunges, I get a massive twinge just at the in-between part of my hamstring and quad. Its epic, and I can't work out legs anymore that day. Feels like the muscle is about to tear.
Anyone know watsup?
 
Did squats today. No issue whatsoever. Probably lack of warm up.

Good to hear. Even one or two light sets on leg extensions gets some blood flowing before squats, but still do your squat warm up as your lower back and hammies to to war up.
