Definately outside, under the cap, nearly in tears if I ever knock it on something.
Got onto the voltaren, both tablets and gel, with plenty of warm up I pushed through most of the tric workout, but couldnt finish, felt like I would cause longer term damage if I keep grinding.
One more tric workout before I go, struggling to come up with a gimmick to get through, they (both now) even hurt as I type this cos I'm resting them on my desk.
Elbows suck, period, not real thrilled with shoulders and knees either, maybe i'll switch to playing golf.
