i have just moved to Brisbane and am having some trouble getting a hold of eggwhites. Woolworths suck ass and don't stock em up here (they did where i came from) Any suggestions as to where i can purchase from?

Why not consume the yolks too? It's the best part of the egg. Actually lowers blood cholestrol, constains essential fatty acids, numerous vitamins and many more nutrients than just the whites.
Egg yolks have unfairly developed a bad name in the past due to their fat and cholesterol content. Why a lot of people who are limiting calories but keeping protein up concentrate on whites. But you are right- the best stuff is in the yolk.
