We estimate that 1kg of egg white protein is equivalent to the whites from 168 60g eggs or 145 70g eggs. Or to look at it another way, 6g of egg white protein is approximately equivalent to the white from 1 60g egg.
This would be about the same as the whites of 12 dozen extra large eggs.
As far as I know, they are less than $3/doz, even $2.50, so $30 for 12 dozen eggs, maybe cheaper if you buy those big bulk packs.
And alot of extra protein is in the yolks too, so you are getting alot more from whole eggs than the egg white powder.
What difference is the egg protein to whey protein?
