Whilst going through some old training logs for content to use in another post, I came across this session on the 3-12-07. I was 19yo and weighed 58kg.
The workout consisted of some military press, then 20 rep squats and lastly finished up with 20 rep deadlifts.

I hope this serves as an eye opener to those who could be pushing themselves a little harder. Also I am keen to hear about what your toughest training sessions have consisted of....so I can try them
yeah you failed the 19th rep... mentally. your sticking point is about halfway up, you didnt even try to come out of the hole. i think you had probably quit before you started your 19th. thats just what it looked like to me.
nice videos mike.... its a shame u havent trained consistently and had better eating habbits... you coudl have been/still ca be a good light weight lifter.
Looking back at the program it was actually SLDL's..
