I’m looking to build a solid routine using only dumbbells to target my back and biceps. I train at home without access to machines or barbells, so I want to make the most of what I have. A good back and bicep dumbbell workout that focuses on hypertrophy and balanced development would be ideal.
Does anyone have a favorite set of exercises or a structure that’s worked for them? How many sets and reps do you typically go for?
Bonus points for form tips or progression ideas.
