Question for Oni if I may?
Did I read somewhere in another post that you were/are a professional cyclist?
I don't really know much about the sport but from having watched bits and pieces on TV it would appear that the ideal body shape would be lean.
Is it safe to assume therefore that strength and endurance would be a cyclists best friends?
If so eating numerous small meals would be more suitable than fewer larger meals yes?
That said, how did you create enough hunger to enable you too stick too that type of routine?
What "supplements" did you use?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
Cheers
Hey Oni,
Thanks for the reply.
HGH is super expensive isn't it?
For curiosities sake I might google A-50 as I have no idea what that is.
Is it true that synthetic products like HGH/ GHRP etc tend to have far less nasty side effects then the oil based products that are so popular with gaining mass?
Cheers
Your a knob cause a sub 70kg poster suggests drug regime and you think its genius meanwhile a host of 80-100kg posters give constructive advice and all you got is excuses.
You know why you're small, its because you are piss weak mentally.
High pressure job, what a fucking joke you got nothing mate.
Eat right and exercise 6-8 hours a week.
Hey folks,
Thanks for the comments.
Having never been a breakfast eater I tend to drink a lot of those up and goes in the morning.
Lunch is often 1/4 or 1/2 of a bbq chook and a small seafood salad (though if it's the 1/2 chook I don't have the salad).
Dinner is often steak or fish with veggies.
I do actually try to eat right but my issue is more with lack of appetite then anything else.
Lex I have done the protein shakes and must admit to enjoying them. Might be time to try again.
I think one of my biggest problems is impatience. I'm the type that needs to see results quickly or I become unmotivated quickly.
I've worked in property sales for pretty much my entire working life so I'm always on the go and often under a lot of pressure, so stress is a big factor in my life which no doubt doesn't help.
Sjay I am hoping to get in to see my Doc next week and will definately discuss with her the option of getting my testosterone levels checked again.
And lastly Nazzy just out of curiosity are you calling me a knob? lol
Mate I had bloods done a couple of years back in regards to my testosterone levels (afraid I can't quote the stats/results), but based on the results they put me on some testosterone cream which proved to be a complete waste of time.
Sorry Oldmanmuscle,
One more question if I may?
Would you recommend Calcium Caseinate or Micellar Casein as appropriate sources of protein? Or normal Whey powder?
Cheers,
PS- Nazzy I didn't thank you for your advise so cheers mate much appreciated.
