Was wondering what people's experience is with Ed Coan's program, and their thoughts on it. Did it work for you? What was your experience level when you did it? What were your numbers before and after?
I'm after a new program myself and it looks like it has a pretty good template.
My only concern looking at it is it has a lot of volume, I would run it as it's written initially but I wouldn't be surprised if I cut down a set off the heavy day.
