I was thinking the same thing.. (sorry for hijack) but are you better off eating before or after a work out (with in an hour) I find that if I don't eat within an hour before a work out I don't have much energy...
usually I eat half a chicken and some pasta salad + protein shake before a work out (hourish) then after my work out have another shake and a banana or 2 - im usually not hungry after but eat anyway.
should I be doing it the other way round? i just find I have a better work out if i eat prior...
mad me think because someone said they went from 6 meals a day back to 3 meals.. if you only eating 3 how do you fit it around you work out?
