hi im 14yo male , I've found that when i do dumbell shoulder presses on the last few reps it hurts my shoulders.
My shoulders get this 'burning' feeling and i have to lower the dumbells just to get that stress off my shoulders.
i have read that dumbell shoulder presses are great exercises but i just can't do them without the last few reps hurting. any help? suggestions?
