192cm and 98kg isn't necessarily lanky.
Don't listen to fat fucks telling you that you need to eat everything in sight, this is the easy way out and will just turn you into a fat mess.
At the moment what you need to do is train hard and eat decent. If you are carrying a bit of body fat you will be much better off leaning up before bulking.

I weight 98kg when I was 17, and I had full 6 pack abs back then, so I was not fat in the slightest, at 25 I still had abs and weight about 105kg at 186cm.
Still at 186cm and well into my 40's I am 117kg as of this morning and definitely not fat, but no abs at 117, would have to get back to about 110 or so to start seeing them once more. Only a photo would tell where 'his' 98 kg lie, but at his height and 98kg and a bulging midsection I can not see a whole lot of muscle, I could of course be wrong especially with the small amount of food he eats.
My guess without seeing photos at his age would be to up training intensity and eat, wish I could be 25 again knowing what I know now
