This wasnt even on my heavy set of squats it was at the end of my workout and i was squatting 80 kilos to see how many reps i could do i was upto my 23 rep i think and when i went down i suddenly felt a sharp pain in my lower right rib so i stopped , Im not sure if it is the rib or a muscle slightly under/behind the rib. It doesnt hurt now at all unless i put pressure on it or have a big stretch, however i havent trained in 1 week . Anyone else experienced this, if so what did you do
