About a year old now, but anyone been in to experience it?
An extra room added to the gym by joining up with the building next door. All upper body in there only. Sounds typical bodybuilder until you enter the now 'all legs' room just around the corner.
Art work of bodybuilding photography and history has been taken up another notch also. Could easily visit the place for a walk around like a museum now if you didn't have time for a workout.
New upper body only room:
35 metre room, machines running the full length of 1 row of chest, 1 row of back and 1 row of shoulders.
Newly rearranged leg only room:
the full length of the room of a row of leg presses only, another row of just squat racks and a third row of mono lift/lifting platform etc.
