I look forward to training everyday. Even my rest days piss me off because I just want to be lifting. Addicted? Possibly, but it's probably one of the better things to be addicted to.
i feel like im being lazy if i don't go to the gym, i always feel great once im there and i personally think working out is very addictive- in the very best sense
that is very true, I was off for almost 2 weeks due to work and stuff, now have been back for 2 weeks and can't wait. I have another 4 hours til I finish and can't wait.
i love going to the gym... if i have to miss it for work (which is rarely thank god) i end up angry and aggitated... like a junkie when they dont get their drug hit lol.
Well I'm a home lifter since restarting weight training. I dont like the local gyms...
Anyways I get cravings sometimes. Ill be a work and want to get home ASAP, and sometimes I've woken up at like 4:30 am due to a barking dog, a wailing cat or a siren from a cop car/ambulance etc and couldn't drift off to sleep again, so I get into the weights.
Thats about the only advantage from weights at home.
