Does anyone else crave the gym sometimes?

I have an hour and 15 minutes till I finish work.

I'm hitting the gym straight after work and I can't wait. I've practically been counting down the minutes.

If I didn't use the gym here, there is a good chance I wouldn't come in on mondays, or any day really haha

It's going to be weird today though, no one else is hitting it up with me and there is a yoga class on. So it's going to be dead silent haha.

I'm chomping at the bit to get down there!

Eeewwww yoga people! Make sure that you grunt and throw weights. The only noise permitted in yoga is farting and then you get in trouble if you laugh.

I look forward to training everyday. Even my rest days piss me off because I just want to be lifting. Addicted? Possibly, but it's probably one of the better things to be addicted to.

i feel like im being lazy if i don't go to the gym, i always feel great once im there and i personally think working out is very addictive- in the very best sense

yes, yes and yes. I get it some times, I just got to work and i can't wait till after work so I can smash back

I find the more consistent I am the more I look forward to going, but then ill go on holidays and get lazy again

that is very true, I was off for almost 2 weeks due to work and stuff, now have been back for 2 weeks and can't wait. I have another 4 hours til I finish and can't wait.

I crave it when I'm well rested, if I'm tired or no energy then I hate going for a workout. But luckily I'm almost always well rested.

Sometimes I find getting up to go to the gym is the hardest part. But once I'm there I don't want to leave. I'm addicted big time!

i love going to the gym... if i have to miss it for work (which is rarely thank god) i end up angry and aggitated... like a junkie when they dont get their drug hit lol.

I just feel like a fat(ter) bastard if I miss a workout and it weighs on my mind until the next session.

When im sick or injured not working out annoys me. I also get depressed if i not workout because im lazy.

Well I'm a home lifter since restarting weight training. I dont like the local gyms...

Anyways I get cravings sometimes. Ill be a work and want to get home ASAP, and sometimes I've woken up at like 4:30 am due to a barking dog, a wailing cat or a siren from a cop car/ambulance etc and couldn't drift off to sleep again, so I get into the weights.

Thats about the only advantage from weights at home.
