I wish i could flat bench more.158kgx2,last wednesday night.Middle of my workout sesh.Really dying in the ass though.2x5reps 100kg,2x3reps 120kg,1x130kg,1x140kg,then the 1 rep 158kg and lock it up still laying on bench gain my thoughts and then another 1 rep 158kg.Full flat bench sesh barbell touching chest and full lock out at top.This is one of 10 or more workouts i do in my 2hr wednesday night sesh.If i concentrated just on chest and abs for instance would surely be able to hit the 170kg mark.....See what happens.
