90% of the time water - if I can remember to get some I will mix it with Almond milk or if I am making a "milk shake" protein shake - with other stuff in it like peanut butter, fruit, oats etc I'll use milk.
Was always milk...at least 2 litres a day I would drink with consuming protein drinks.
But last 18 months it has just been water, a lot less bloated for me this way.
yeah i find with milk most of them are quite rich in flavour, with water the taste is much more subtle and not beiing a sweet tooth i prefer, so i just add a little milk and the rest water.
