I do the basics Chest-tris one day, back-bis the next, etc, etc
the rest is just having fun, somtimes i mix it up.
Sometimes I spend more of my energy growing a certain muscle group if its lagging by hammering the crap out of it almost everyday for weeks, on top of my normal routine.
I am realy in tune with how my body responds.
I also train other guys for fun. I have to piece togeather custom routines because they all want different things and there bodys handle things in there own way and pace. They all love the speedy results. big chests and big arms with in 2 months somtimes less if they follow my diet advice.
