Instead of getting a threadmill, my family got one of those aerofit/aerowalk (not sure what they're actually called) things a while ago.
It's those things where there are 2 suspended "pedals" with 2 hand bars. You stand on those pedals, hold the bars and "walk".
I'm just wondering, are these things actually effective, say compared to a threadmill or a cycling machine?
