as the subject title says "Do I have to work out at the same time every day?"
Does it make a difference ,if so why?
 
No, time of the day doesn't make much of a diff
Only thing i've read is that if you are trying to lose weight you'll find it more effectiveto work out in the mornings as the body will use its fat for the energy because you haven't eaten anything...

And don't work out every day
