Now I'm fairly heavy currently about 95/96 kg. At my heaviest I was 102 Was speaking to a mate yesterday who suggested dirty bulk.
Initially I wanted to lose some fat so was going to hit lower weight, higher reps and hit the cardio- but ultimately I want to gain size and strength. Should I dirty bulk first and then hit the cut? Or cut first and hit the bulk after?
Been out of routine for 3 months now with our move over to WA....Was loading heavy, 1,2,3 Rep Maxes, 5 Day Per week, body part splits.
BF currently around 20% (Never been below 17%)
Goal= Size with focus on strength, but would like to lower the body fat where possible. Not worried about being ripped though.
That's what I was afraid of. I've never dirty bulked and never felt the need. Just thought I would guage opinions having never done it.
I hate eating crap anyways, makes me feel sluggish.
Hi reps and cardio here we come.... wish me luck! (I friggin' hate lay-off periods)
It's easy enough getting the calories in with a clean diet.
Why take one step forward two steps back?
Keep it as clean a possible and you'l be thankful when it comes to cutting time.

Note: cardio has its place in weight loss at the right time used the right way... Holding on to lean mass while dieting is tricky business when you are not using gear...

Just feel I've been lazy for 3 months in gym terms. Would like to add some stamina. You think I'd be better off just with the weights and diet/ calorie cut?
