I love how these stories always have anecdotes from people describing drug like effects from protein powders. Lol.
These idiots don't even know what they are taking. It's a pretty safe bet it's the beta alanene tingle, a bit of a caffeine buzz along with a nice dose of placebo from the Pre workout supps they are taking. Nothing to do with protein powder anyway.
55 grams of protein. I would have to stop eating pretty much any meat to stay under that. Lol.
I think everyone's missing the point here... it's not just the power of the protein in the shake.
The key catalyst for success is the total number of shakes per day! Any less than 7 and it's all over red rover.
