Developing a cut of ripped chest

Hey guys,

Was wondering, how would I go about developing a cut or 'ripped' chest? I don't really want anything bulky just something for my confidence and fitness. Does this require cardio/strict diet or is there more to it?

Cheers fellas

1) Flat Barbell Bench Press: 2 x 5-7 Incline Dumbbell Press: 2 x 5-7 Wide-Grip Dips: 2 x 5-7

2) Incline Barbell Bench Press: 2 x 5-7 Wide-Grip Dips: 2 x 5-7 Flat Dumbbell Press: 2 x 5-7

Do heavy chest exercises to build mass. Bench press is the best exercise to get a ripped chest
Diet is key to a ripped chest. Make sure to eat lean meats and lots of vegetables to keep your bodyfat low.

Very slow rep speed as well. This really gives the chest extra definition. Nutrition is crucial. Make sure you are doing plenty of cardio as well.:)

Its good as well to do about 4-5 excercises, 5 reps of 6 to 12 of varying weight.

vary the excercises regularly also to keep shocking that muscle and train it once every 48 hrs

I've come to the conclusion.... loose body fat, and you will look ripped. Obviously, still work out the muscle group, otherwise you look too skinny etc.;)
