It's been a while since I logged on and posted on this
forum.
It's been quite a busy 4 months for me. I became a dad
5 weeks ago.
In saying that my goal for last year really did slip away
and crumbled
I'm motivated to hit the gym and loose the beer gut
this year before I become a fat 40yr old that my
daughter can't play with.
So I'm signing up here. Will update my stats once I
get them.
My goal is to get down to 15% body fat (Currently about 26 - 27%),
with lean muscle to increase my weight to about 80KG. Current
70Kg but most of that is on my 'spare tire'...
