Back issues are corrected by keeping a tight arch and having chest up. He doesn't lean too far back and he will get better with his hips up before bar with the initial correction and some more practice as it is not a huge amount if movement.
Yep this, drive hips forward when the bar gets to your knees, keep chest up, pretty good otherwise. Agree it looked like an easy lift for you but guessed you were just showing your form.
